UNA TRASFERTA OLTREOCEANO SFORTUNATA PER IL TEAM SM ACTION
Una trasferta condizionata dalla sfortuna per il team SM ACTION YUASA BATTERY KTM.
Il team come di consueto ha schierato Devin Simonson per la MX2 ed Alberto Forato nella MXGP.
Nella prima tappa, a Sumbawa, il sabato è stato condizionato da una caduta di Simonson che durante la gara di qualifica della MX2 ha picchiato duro, e purtroppo la caduta ha condizionato anche la gara della domenica.
Meglio Forato in MXGP, che sfiora la top ten in undicesima posizione.
Nella giornata di Domenica Simonson ancora condizionato dalla botta del sabato termina in sedicesima posizione, e in gara due non riesce ad andare oltre alla diciassettesima piazza.
Alberto invece grazie a una buona gara, pur non trovando mai un ottimo feeling con il tracciato, riesce a transitare in settima posizione alla bandiera a scacchi di gara uno.
In gara due il pilota veneto è ottavo, e la somma delle due prove gli conferisce la settima posizione di giornata.
Una settimana dopo, a Lombok, purtroppo Simonson è costretto a non schierarsi al via a causa di una malattia rimediata durante la permanenza in Indonesia.
Alberto, pur non al top della forma, ottiene l’ottavo posto nella gara di qualifica del Sabato. Alla domenica replica il risultato del sabato, dove ottiene l’ottava piazza in entrambe le gare.
Una trasferta sfortunata che poteva sicuramente andare meglio, ma il team è pronto a rifarsi nei prossimi impegni della MXGP in Repubblica Ceca previsto per il 15 e il 16 di luglio.

AN UNLUCKY TRANSFER OVERSEAS FOR THE SM ACTION TEAM
A trip conditioned by bad luck for the SM ACTION YUASA BATTERY KTM team.
As usual, the team fielded Devin Simonson for the MX2 and Alberto Forato in the MXGP.
In the first stage, in Sumbawa, Saturday was conditioned by a crash by Simonson who hit hard during the MX2 qualifying race, and unfortunately the crash conditioned Sunday’s race as well.
Better Forato in MXGP, which touches the top ten in eleventh position.
On Sunday Simonson, still conditioned by Saturday’s blow, finished in sixteenth position, and in race two he was unable to go beyond seventeenth place.
Alberto instead thanks to a good race, despite never finding an excellent feeling with the track, manages to pass in seventh position at the checkered flag of race one.
In race two the driver from Veneto is eighth, and the sum of the two tests gives him the seventh position of the day.
A week later, in Lombok, unfortunately Simonson was forced not to line up at the start due to an illness he picked up during his stay in Indonesia.
Alberto, although not in top form, obtained eighth place in the qualifying race on Saturday. On Sunday he repeats the result of Saturday, where he gets eighth place in both races.
An unfortunate trip that could certainly have gone better, but the team is ready to make up for it in the upcoming MXGP events in the Czech Republic scheduled for the 15th and 16th of July.
